Europa Park!

This weekend Guy Lars and myself checked out Europa Park, the largest theme park in Germany for its last day of operation of the year (its also open in December for the Christmas season but with only a few rides). It is a really cool park that is divided into sections with a different country representing each area. It was decked out for Halloween too, with probably a thousand or more pumpkins all around the park. We tried to get on as many rides as we could, even the water rides which was not the smartest idea, but Guy got the worst of it.

Just inside the gates of the park.

Switzerland

For some reason they had these ridiculous warning signs on the Silver star, the largest roller coaster in Europe, I especially like the universal sign for pregnancy, a stork carrying a baby. We rode it 4 times by the end of day. For a virtual ride check out http://www.europapark.de/index.php?ctemplate=parktemplate_&id=1340&cid=32〈=en&land=7

Checking out the pumpkin carving.

Not too sure if this one is really politically correct.

I think these are supposed to be pirates but they look more like strippers to me with the pole dancing and what not.

Shot inside Holland.
